The Verdict

Flovie is the latest cafe/florist and eatery to hit Carlton; it’s the perfect place to get your brunch on, smell the flowers, and indulge in some dainty, handcrafted mocktails. 

There is a dreamy, almost Alice-in-Wonderland-like quality to this place; all the little flower arrangements scattered everywhere really brighten up the room. 

Soak up the garden vibes while enjoying the many delicious offerings Flovie has in store; we’re talking baby blue Butterfly Pea Tea or scrumptious Rose Tea Lattes. And if you’re feeling really fancy you can sip on the Snow White perfume mocktail, which is a do-it-yourself situation involving lychee, strawberry rose, butterfly pea and edible flowers. 

Let’s also talk about the decadent Black Forest Souffle Hotcakes; these things are to die for. Imagine the fluffiest, dreamiest hotcakes, topped with cherry compote, chocolate creme, cherry chocolate ganache, mascarpone chantilly and chocolate soil. We’re already drooling.
