The verdict
The French Brasserie, tucked away down Malthouse Lane, serves up traditional Gallic fare in the heart of the CBD. Head there after work to nibble on a charcuterie, or settle in for their 5-course degustation with matched vin. The pièce de résistance of the menu, however, is the Trulte en Croute 'Comme à Collonges', a rainbow trout served with a delicious scallop and pistachio mousse, designed for two. Oh la la, it's good.
