The Verdict
Gimme some Gami! We craveeee your crispy, yet juicy chicken. (How do they do it?!)
If you haven’t done it yet, march on over to Gami Chicken & Beer in Carnegie to feast on some of the best fried chicken in Melbourne. Grab a whole chicken, boneless chicken, ribs, wings, vegetarian fried chicken (wait, what?) and douse it with a selection of flavours like sweet chili, spicy or soy & garlic sauce. You can even mix and match sauces *drooling*. Now there's a few school of thought when it comes to sauce, but anyone that says soy & garlic isn't the greatest thing ever is just wrong.
Not only do these chicken gods serve poultry, but also pan fried seafood udon, kimchi pancakes (a must) and spicy seafood soup (for our vegetarian friends). Wash it all down with a brewsky and make future plans to come back.
