Housed opposite the steps of Parliament in Spring Street Grocer, Gelateria Primavera is Melbourne's hottest new place to cool off. With a rotating roster of milk-based gelatos and dairy-free sorbets, they have everything from the classic (fior de latte, chocolate) to more wild flavours – think chilli-laced salted caramel, or cardamom, turmeric and pistachio. They're open early, so start your day off right with a scoop or three. No judgement here!
