The Verdict
We all love the north for its cool, café culture, but Reservoir seemed to be left behind...until now! The café with the neon ice-cream on its front wall is the younger sibling of Adeney Milk Bar in Kew. Younger it may be, but the space is huge with room for about 80 seats and the menu is no different.
They’ve got all the brunch classics—eggs and sides, porridge, muesli, sandwiches and a smashed avo tower that’ll be sure to knock your socks off. Plus, on the weekends you can treat yo’ self to Doughboys Doughnuts and we hear they’re also looking for gelato suppliers!
Usually cafe drinks lists aren't anything to rave about, but Gellibrand is certainly the exception. The drinks list is huge—they’ve got golden and matcha lattes, regular and white hot chocolates, chai, iced coffee and chocolate, affogato, spiders, juices, smoothies, milkshakes and teas!
