OPENING LATE SEPTEMBER 2016

The culmination of several of Melbourne's best minds, including James Tait of Thomas Olive and Der Raum fame, along with the ex-Sommelier and Restaurant Manager for Lee Ho Fook, one of MoVida's partners, and Tonka's ex-financial controller, Gin Lane is set to be a stunner when it opens in September 2016. The two-storey gin palace situated on Bourke Street is set to hold over 100 patrons and showcase up to 400 gins, which is a hell of a lot of gin martinis and G&Ts. While yes, the focus will be on drinks, the team's foodie expertise will come in handy too, with light bites and share plates on the menu, as well as wines and local beers. Start counting down the days until September, cocktail lovers...
