The verdict
Located on level three of The Carlton Hotel, newcomer Hasti Bala is a truly eccentric and ott CBD bar. With an array of stimuli for the senses – you cannot ignore the giant Elephant head on the wall or go past the fuzzy animal print wallpaper – the space received a finalist gong in the Melbourne Design Awards. Hasti Bali always dishes up a genuinely wild and deliciously debauched late night experience. Pop downstairs or up to the rooftop is you feel like a change of scenery.
