The Verdict
All hail to the pizza gods because there’s a new faith in town. Sacrilege just came back into style at Holy Moly – an all-night pizza joint and sports bar downstairs in Hawthorn’s Untz Untz nightclub. Stop in for a Bloody Maria and a pizza hand crafted by the genius behind Lucky Coq and Bimbo Deluxe.
Every pizza you could ever want is on the menu from the classics – Margherita, Calabrese, Napoletana – to the inventive – Hung AF boasts a big breakfast in pizza form, bacon, eggs and sausage galore. All pizzas are just $5 from 12-3pm then 6-9pm Monday-Saturday, and all day Sunday. Gluten free and vegan options available, so there’s really no excuse not to. Feeling sweet? Pick up a Glen Coco with Colombian chocolate and mascarpone. Feeling salty? Loaded chips are where it’s at from bacon and cheese to steak and onion gravy. We don’t know about you but we’re ready to join this cult.
