The Verdict
One of Hooked’s larger locations, the old school fish ‘n chipper prides itself on serving quality seafood—and it shows.
The menu includes a pot of mussels cooked into tomato, onion, white wine, chilli, parsley, garlic and extra virgin oil. The accompanying toasted bread is buttery and perfect for mopping up any remains.
Grilled salt ‘n pepper calamari is easily a house favourite. Marinated in signature mixture and served with chilli lime aioli, it’s served soft and just a touch chewy. For the health conscious, Asian greens and crumbed mushroom burgers won’t leave you eyeing the rest of the table’s lunch.
