St Kilda's Hub Café is the perfect place to start the day, serving up Genovese coffee and a menu of tasty cafe fare. Sweet tooths will be pleased with Hub's Apple Crumble French Toast, topped with a buttery cinnamon nut crumble and vanilla mascarpone. Yum! The Rum 'n' Raisin Porridge, dotted with rum-soaked raisin and a caramelised brown sugar crust, certainly won't disappoint, either. Eggs more your thing? Baked, poached or resting under a glorious hollandaise, Hub sure knows a thing or two about yolk.
