Tucked away at the end of Cecil Place, Prahran yoga studio, Humming Puppy, is offering yoga classes...with a difference! One of Melbourne's best yoga studios, Humming Puppy features a frequency of 40hz, which studies have shown helps you relax and, quite literally, tune in to your yoga class.
Humming Puppy's classes are also run differently; rather than following specific styles, the four yoga classes more so reflect the experiences and yoga education of the teachers, resulting in a much more holistic yoga practice.
