Gather round, Melbourne burger fans. Something big just happened. 

So basically, Melbourne’s cult favourite Huxtaburger has heard our growling stomachs and brought their deliciousness to Glen Waverley in a brand-spanking new concept store, HuxtaGO.

Opened in the new food gallery up at The Glen, HuxtaGO has the mouth-watering burgers we all know and love, now with extra efficiency.

Long-time fans can still satisfy their carnivorous cravings with all the classics, but those of us running a little late getting back to work can now pick up a range of all-day breakfast burgers, on-the-go mini burgers, and a coffee to butter up the boss.

Don’t miss the Charlie, a mouth-watering breakfast burger filled with crispy bacon, egg, hash brown, avo and a zesty aioli. Team it up with some of their hash-brown bites and you can’t go wrong. While you’re at it check out their ice-cream burger rolled in Huxtacrunch (an in-house biscuit crumb recipe) drizzled with your choice of chocolate or caramel sauce.
