Shrouded in an aura of mystery and class, Igni in nearby Geelong is a fine dining venue for those in the know. Chef Aaron Turner, formerly of innovative Drysdale venue Loam, has opened a new site in hopes to show his diners a truly special dining experience.
Guests can choose from either five or eight courses, with optional wine pairings, an exploration of the seasonal and inventive menu. Dishes like pickled mussels and zucchini flowers are carefully and gorgeously plated, and the cheese course is something you would regret not splurging on.
