The Verdict
Just a hop, skip and a jump from Richmond’s Burnley station, this new little café has plunged headfirst into the Melbourne food scene with a unique focus on great coffee and an environmentally conscious menu, but more importantly—bugs.
Founder, Billy Zarbos, boasts a menu chock-a-block full of healthy dishes that are packed with nutrients, textures and highly beneficial little critters such as crickets that are setting this café apart from the already thriving Melbourne café scene.
However, if you’re not quite ready to dive into the world of insects yet, you can always go for the bug-free options, including the game-changing waffles with cereal milk panna cotta.
