The verdict

Kamel is a fabulous Middle Eastern restaurant in Melbourne, and was one of the first joints to introduce mezze-style sharing in the Albert Park 'hood.

Taking its flavour hints from North Africa and the Middle East, we love the pick and mix approach to dining in this warmly intimate spot. Make it easy for yourself and plump for one of three set banquet menus, including a vego option. If the weather's fine, the cute little decked courtyard out back is a fab place to while away the hours gossiping over Kamel's independent Australian varietals wine list.
