The Verdict
Nestled in the brimming Acacia Place complex, Kitty Burns is one of the most exciting cafes between Victoria Street and the Yarra. Biasol: Design Studio are behind the absolutely superb Nordic-style interior which pairs perfectly with a refreshing iced latte or cappucino, complete with cappucino art.
The menu is a dream for foodies: from a modern take on the Chick O' Roll, to french toast with espresso ganache and poached peach, to the indulgent bacon slab, spiced bon bon, black pudding, bacon crumb, and 63deg egg, there's no shortage of options.
Kitty Burns is also a great spot for a pre-work coffee, as a custom made coffee cart sits on the Yarra Bend to catch the morning foot traffic. Did we mention it's the most instagrammable cafe we've ever been to?!
