Hawthorn's Kozen Yoga combines the traditional Hatha style of yoga with the modern 'Power Flow' Vinyasa sequencing, allowing beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis to feel challenged yet nurtured in the same class. There's also a Mums n' Bubs class so little yogis can get involved too. With 42 classes running each week, you'll be feeling zen in no time. Namaste!
