The verdict
Situated at the lush, green end of Acland Street, round the corner from the legendary Prince of Wales pub, Lau's Family Kitchen serves great quality Cantonese cuisine. The brainchild of Gilbert Lau, formerly of Flower Drum, the crowds flock to this stylishly minimal Chinese restaurant, so it can be a scrum getting a table. We love the salt and pepper squid!
