The Verdict

L’Hotel Gitan occupies one of Prahran’s most iconic pubs on Commercial Road. The brainchild of Jacques Reymond and his family, L’Hotel Gitan offers a relaxed dining experience. The concept of the ‘local pub’ has been reinterpreted to produce an elegant, bistro style venue that serves up quality French fare. Think French pub food done really, really well.
