The Verdict
Lights in The Attic is a fresh-faced Hawthorn East cafe with a whole lot of charm. Serving up quality coffee and an interesting menu of dishes, there’s something for everyone. From burgers and French toast to quinoa porridge, Lights in The Attic is a light and bright place to enjoy breakfast or lunch with friends.
The real reason you should check them out? They've just unleashed a brand new renovation, including a new-look menu AND dishes for doggos. Yep, your pooch can tuck into burgers, pizza and doughnuts (all dog-approved), while you snack on Yuzu apricot bircher or—our personal fav—The Birds Nest: scotch eggs on a potato nest with chilli beans base, grated parmesan & fried kale. Smiles all round.
