The verdict
Bringing some much-needed life to Docklands with a stiff caffeine shot in the arm, Long Shot on Collins Square is a gorgeous haven. With its chess board floor, tiled and padded walls and wooden plantation shuttered bench seats, it's as cute as pie and the homemade fare is magnificent too, including sodas in glass milk bottles, with beans provided by St Ali and cakes by the talented Maria Lantelme.
