Andy Smith has transformed his Seddon cafe Le Chien into a new modern Vietnamese diner called Luxsmith. Collaborating with friend and colleague Denis Lucey, the new Vietnamese hot-spot is set to showcase the delicious flavours and tastes of our favourite South-East Asian cuisine.
During the day chow down on Banh Mi or lap up a tasty bowl of 'chicken' or 'not chicken' Congee. At night enjoy crispy pigs ears, sweet corn and coconut fritters or sichuan pepper lamb ribs - they're all spectacular. Don't forget, they also serve up a fabulous drinks menu with killer cocktails and an extensive beer and wine list.
