The Verdict
It seems as if Market Lane Coffee is slowing taking over the Melbourne coffee scene one suburb at a time... but we certainly aren't complaining. Their fifth store is conveniently located in a beautiful old heritage building near Parliament Station, across from the ridiculously lush Treasury and Fitzroy Gardens.
The second CBD store is the ultimate one stop shop for all self proclaimed coffee snobs, serving up espresso and filter coffee as well as selling quality beans and all the essential equipment you need for your Melbourne approved coffee at home. And if you simply just want to enjoy a damn good flat white without all the fancy coffee jargon, Market Lane Coffee is looking out for you too. It literally feels like drinking liquid silk.
