The Verdict
Expanding their ever-popular franchise, Mayday Coffee & Food located on Bridge Road, Richmond is the newest venture for the Axil Coffee Roasters family that we know and love.
The 120-seat eatery has had a total facelift and boy it looks fine. We're talking a bright and contemporary space with heaps of natural light and outdoor seating for those sunny Melbourne days.
Serving breakfast and lunch from an ALL-DAY menu, the highlights include the s'more chocolate waffle with torched marshmallow, cookie parfait & crumble, salted caramel and chocolate fudge—and let's not forget the avocado seasoned with nori salt, pickled radish, black sesame, coriander and yuzu on pumpkin grain toast. Yum, yum, yum!
Of course, the daily rotation of specialty coffee is sourced from Axil Coffee Roasters. Mayday, Mayday... we're on our way.
