This modern, neon-lit ice-cream parlour serves organic soft serves topped with decadent ingredients including macarons, fairy floss clouds and espresso shots. Pre-designed combinations include the Mont Blanc with oreo crumbs, chocolate rocks and Italian apple syrup surrounded by a (quite literal) cloud of fairy floss.
