If you're feeling virtuous, the acai bowl is for you. Think raspberry smoothie, dehydrated banana, housemade granola, coconut flakes and raspberry jelly. For something more substantial, order the eggs Benedict with shredded ham hock, fermented sauerkraut and apple cider hollandaise.
