The Verdict

With only the best fish delivered fresh daily and hand cut by Misuzu’s chefs who ooze confidence, this Albert Park restaurant serves up some of the best Japanese in Melbourne. We’d recommend trying a bit of everything at this chic Izakaya. Don’t forget the sake either (there are 40 to choose from).
