A valuable edition to the Smith Street foodie scene, Mjr Tom sits in the heart of Collingwood.
The menu is an ultra fresh selecion of thoughtfully prepared dishes. Mjr Tom's take on a charcuterie board, the Tabla Mixta, is a chef's selection of house made cures, cheese, pickles and cold cuts and is perfect as a starter or a stand-alone share dish to enjoy with a few drinks. Seafood dishes are favoured - the ceviche is one of the best we've had and the paella is the signature dish.
If it's cocktails that you're after, we recommend you ask the bar staff - they really know their stuff and will be happy to guide you.
With a stunning, raw wood entrance, a simple layout and excellent fittings, Mjr Tom strikes a cord with design and foodie lovers alike.
