The Verdict
In Ivanhoe, there lies a quirky little penguin who is dishing out some of the best brunch in the 'burbs. Mr Peebles is an honest, no-fuss hangout, with a small, focused menu that is as fun as its name. Think a secret hash brown recipe with fried eggs and pork jus, a blueberry smoothie bowl and some surprisingly amazing burgers.
This cafe knows exactly what we want, and isn't afraid to serve it up with modesty (and probably a side of fries). What's more, they're open late during the week, so even if you're a night owl there isn't really a good excuse to not give Mr Peebles a try.
