Riverside at Crown, No. 8 not only offers superb Modern Australian cuisine but also stunning water views and exceptional quality. Traditional preparation techniques are used with painstakingly selected local produce, creating a dining experience second to none.
Expect fresh, refined dishes that champion some of the best produce in Melbourne like beef carpaccio with an egg yolk dressing and Reggiano Parmesan. Seared scallops with braised oxtail, grilled morton bay bugs with preserved lemon butter, and pan fried snapper with saffron and leek veloute are other highlights of this upmarket resturant.
