Pick your poison and then allow yourself to dine on the extensive list of meats that have been candied, smoked, salted, pickled, dried, aged - you name it, accompanied with one of the best wine lists in the city. This is the closest you'll get to the real Italy, so make sure you book in advance so you can taste that prosciutto and pinot before anyone else.
