For breakfast, it's hard to go past the colourfully vibrant buckwheat waffles, which is a dish that doesn’t compromise on flavour either. Served with a saffron pear, cacao sauce, berries with buttermilk foam and popping licorice, it definitely hits the spot no matter the size. 

Lunch is dominated by those open rye sandwiches glaring at you the moment you walk through the doors. Rare roast beef with spicy béarnaise or beetroot, hummus and apple are a few of the delicious toppings to choose from.

With an emphasis on eating clean and healthy, this guilt-free menu has a variety of dishes to cater for those clean eaters and health conscious out there too.

Not regularly seen in cafes throughout Melbourne, Öppen also presents a cocktail menu that's almost too hard to resist—we’re in Windsor, after all, so who are we kidding? Divided into pre-midday and post-midday menu (advised), there’s a drink curated for any time of the day to accompany any meal your order of this impeccable menu.
