Alright Melbourne foodies, we’ve got a new one for you. From the same team that brought you Hokkaido baked cheese tarts last year comes another Japanese delight, PAFU.

It’s a sweet, fluffy and light apple puff pastry, and it’s ready for your belly.

PAFU, which means puff in Japanese (fighting an urge to name our next dog 'Pafu') is filled with delish local ingredients and top-notch flavours like homemade custard and mouth-watering Fiji apples. 

It’s a simple but delicious take on the classic French apple turnover, and it’s set to become your new sneaky treat.

These guys are only selling the puffy yummy things, so you know they’re going to be good. There's not much more to it. They make apple puffs, you eat the apple puffs, then tell your friends and family to eat them too, until the whole world is gorging itself on PAFU.
