The Verdict

This hot little Bridge Road oasis is your one-stop-shop for everything Mexican (a.k.a. covered in cheese and salsa). And if you thought you’d had your avocado fix for the year, then you thought wrong because you won’t (and you shouldn’t) sleep until you’ve tried Paloma Cantina’s guacamole, a tortilla chip topping that’ll make even the biggest coriander-phobe weak at the knees.

But wait, there’s more. Have your choice of other traditional dishes such as braised beef burritos, marinated tiger prawn fajitas and pulled chipotle chicken enchiladas. And top it all off with one (or seven) servings of their grilled corn cob with chipotle mayo, queso and lime. And if you like your chilli con carne nachos with a kick, Palom's got traditional margarita flavours (both frozen and not), as well as various cocktails, wines and Mexican beers. Don't even get us started on the tequilas...
