The Verdict
The team at Paninoteca focus on one thing - creating the perfect Italian sandwich. So it’s no surprise that they're damn good at it.
Serving their favourite Sicilian street food, authentic Italian bread rolls are generously filled with the best quality meat, cheese, vegetables and sauces for the perfect panini.
Traditional options include imported San Danielle prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, tomato and pesto or pistachio mortadella, smoked scarmoza and rucola. For something more contemporary, select from crispy pork belly and coleslaw or a rich kangaroon loin, smoked eggplant, rucola and ricotta salata combo.
Along with buttery panini’s, Paninoteca also offer steamy handmade arancini and Italian-inspired desserts including a baked Nutella and hazelnut panino with mascarpone. If you’re an early riser, breakfast panini’s include an option with sobrassada aka spreadable salami. What more could you want in the AM?
Don’t forget to order a Crema di Caffè with lunch. A creamed, chilled coffee imported from Italy, this indulgent drink is like eating the fluffiest soft serve ever.
