The restaurant focuses on ethically sourced and organic ingredients – so you really get the best of the best. The extensive wine list also makes sure that you can find the perfect vino to accompany your meal. Philippe gets that wine really is just as important as the food it’s served with, and if you want a peek into the kitchen, you can grab yourself a seat on the stools to catch a glimpse of the creation process.

Don’t worry, the desserts are just as lush as you’d expect. Chocolate fondant with morello cherries, baked quince, and an array of local and imported cheeses to mellow those umami cravings. Expect indulgence on all levels!
