Using techniques taught to her by third generation gelato makers in Italy (where else), owner Sandra Foti is determined to bring gelato back to its all natural, preservative free, no artificial colours, flavours or filler roots. With 15 years’ experience in the game, and more passion for well-made gelato than the judges on Masterchef, Ms. Foti and her hardworking team churn out the freshest of fresh gelato instore. From roasting the nuts for their delicious Pistachio and decadent Better than Nut-ella Chocolate, to making their own caramels, jams, and other ingredients (there’s been a Siccilian Cannoli special flavour) the team at Piccolina put in hours of hard work for their craft. And the results speak for themselves; silky smooth gelato full of flavor that has a richness unlike any other.
