The Verdict
In the spirit of Melbourne’s hidden cafe and bar scene, Pink The Restaurant is tucked away above Rozzi’s Pizza Store at 157 Swanston Street.
The ‘all-pink’ restaurant concept serves up wholesome Italian food within a striking interior, complete with a selfie studio designed to promote healthy eating, positive sharing and authentic self-love.
Crowd favourites from the creative menu include selections like a range of ‘Love You To Pizzas’ made with mouth-watering toppings on Pink’s signature all-natural coloured pink pizza bases and the ‘Little Hippy’ pumpkin and sage Ravioli with pink burnt butter sauce. In addition to many wholesome food options, Pink offers a list of pink beverages to match, including lavish mega-shakes and chic rose cocktails.
Pink The Restaurant has also commissioned local Melbourne artists Juz Pop Creations to design an uplifting mural, inspiring patrons to share their own self-love message with the world. For every selfie taken & tagged @liptember on Instagram at the mural with the hashtag #frompinktoyou, Pink The Restaurant will donate $2 to Liptember as part of an official partnership with the not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting women’s mental health.
Pink The Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Thursday to Sunday from 12 noon until late.
