The Verdict
There’s people who need dough, and then there’s people who kneed dough, and the guys behind Pizza Religion are definitely both. Having recently taken out the prize for Best Pizza in Australia during the Global Pizza Challenge for their famous 18-hour braised beef cheek option, these guys are dedicated to God’s greatest gift to man – pizza.
After huge success in the Melbourne food scene, the guys behind Pizza Religion have opened a fourth store in Armadale which makes curbing your 12-hour braised lamb rib with chilli glaze addiction even harder to curb.
