The Verdict

The latest installation of the newly refurbished Stokehouse precinct, Pontoon is now open! Boasting an 18-metre long bar as soon as you walk in, the team at the new St Kilda casual eatery has our priorities in order. The menu features hand-held and share plates, like fresh sardines with harissa, a pulled beef brisket toastie with manchego, and grilled king prawns. There's also a range of wood fired pizzas, giving us just the right amount of casual Mediterranean vibes. 

In-house DJs from Thursdays to Sunday will help us get into our relaxation routine heading into summer, with the restaurant open all day 'till late from 12pm. We honestly can't think of a better way to spend lazy summer nights on the beach.
