The Verdict
Pope Joan is now open at its new Softel On Collins location at 45 Collins Street from 7 am until 9 pm, so expect breakfast and dinner options aplenty.
Dig into granola, rice pudding, as well as boiled eggs with soldiers, and options like fried eggs, hummus, and pickled red kraut. For lunch and dinner, you can feast on sardines on toast, oysters, local mussels, hanger steak, and of course, Pope’s award-winning sandwiches.
The drinks menu will also continue to be jam-packed with a selection of cocktails (including Wilkinson’s crazy-good dirty martini and Four Pillars G&Ts) and spritzes, alongside a list of curated wines, beers and booze-free tipples.
