New York-based, Honduras-born chef Cali Rivera has crafted an impressive Latin-fusion menu, with dishes such as the lamb shank with spicy tomato and fresh chilli, chicken in adobo sauce and prawn ceviche offering a refreshing break from the street's pizza and pasta offerings.
