Republica is one of Melbourne's best bars, located smack bang in the middle of St Kilda Beach (well, the St Kilda Sea Baths, to be exact!) With hanging hammock chairs and live music happening from 2pm, treat yourself to a cocktail or an icy cold cider in their huge beer garden or beach-front deck, so you can tourist/penguin watch while you quench your thirst. They also boast a huge menu featuring great seafood and pizzas, making it the perfect place to hang out on a lazy Sunday, or an $8 pizza Monday in St Kilda.
