Tucked down a Melbourne laneway is Saint Peter's, an acclaimed modern Italian trattoria whose exceptional seafood brings crowds from all over Melbourne.

Sustainability is very much part of chef, Maurice Esposito's ethos, not only in seafood but in all ingredients he uses. The Saint Peter's menu reflects Melbourne's best seasonal, local produce sourced from the Queen Victoria Markets and Esposito's mother Maria's garden in Northcote.
