St Kilda’s brand new restaurant is Sauced’s fourth Melbourne location, which means even more of our beautiful city will be treated to their pasta delights. Boasting fresh produce, rich flavours and a traditional Italian taste with a twist, these custom-ordered pasta dishes are pan-fried to order and make wearing white totally unacceptable.

In three short steps, you can ‘select, pasta and pimp’ your way to a delicious and unique Italian dish that won’t break the bank or force you to stop at the supermarket on the way home for a packet of Oreos to curb your appetite. The dishes are generous and scrumptious, and we recommend the gnocchi with aglio olio sauce and a tall jug of Pimms to wash it down.
