The verdict

Located on Market Lane and open every day for lunch and dinner, Shoya Japanese is spread over six levels, creating that rare mix of fine dining and casual sharing.

The food offering includes a smokeless Japanese BBQ and a sushi bar, while you are invited to entertain yourselves (and others!) in the karaoke rooms. This one has a minimum spend ($65pp), but the food, and sake, is worth it.
