The a la carte menu is sure to expand your understanding of Chinese cuisine. The appetiser lineup consists of crowd-pleasers like san choi bao, baked crab shell, crispy chicken wings and vegetarian dumplings. The main selection includes wok-fried snow crab, Mongolian lamb loin with leek and Queensland king prawns with kung pao sauce.

Four of the five private dining rooms' walls are adorned with intricate Chinese-inspired wood carvings and tapestry, not to mention breathtaking views of Melbourne’s Yarra River. But it's the fifth private dining room that is the centrepiece, featuring a striking Mongolian tent that can entertain up to twelve guests for a truly unforgettable fine dining experience.
