The Verdict
Yes, there is another burger joint you need to add to your ever-growing meat-eating list. Tucked into a tired looking food court in the business end of the CBD, Son Of A Burger is the genius solution for foodies that loves their burgers too much to choose just one.
Everything on the menu is served slider-style. We recommended the Two B*rgers Mishmash, with 2 b*rgers and fries, because when are you every going to order just one slider. Expect Japanese-inspired flavours like sticky pork belly sliders with beni shouga or miso roasted mushrooms sliders with kyuri asazuke.
They’re certainly not the triple stacked, mac ‘n cheese stuffed monsters on Instagram, but if you’re after a no-frills lunch that is effectively a burger board, Son Of A Burger delivers.
