The Verdict
St Hotel, which sits on the corner of St Kilda’s Fitzroy Street and Canterbury Road, is one of St kilda's best bars and restaurants—another feather in the cap of the team behind Hannoi Hannah, Saigon Sally and Tokyo Tina. It includes a bar, a restaurant and a supper and social club, and each of the architecturally designed spaces is fantastic in its own right. Opened in late 2014, the space has been redesigned and reimagined
The dining room serves a range of authentic Thai dishes—we recommend the spanner crab starter—and the bar is a great spot for after work drinks.
