THE VERDICT

Day-to-day got you down and feeling old beyond your years? Us too.

Lucky SuperYoung's preventative, longevity technology like cryotherapy, red light and contrast therapy might just be the little fountain of youth you're after.

The crew there believe in making peak health and wellness accessible through longevity technology, the philosophy being treat your body well now with preventative measures. Best of all, they've made it super easy by housing all that tech under one roof.

From hot therapies to cold plunges, bloodwork and IV therapy, stay in tip-top shape from the comfort of their lush lounge chairs or take a turn at their supreme treatments.

Not sure where to start? Like most things in life you just need to start somewhere. Thankfully they offer a 70-minute session that gets you into the cryotherapy chamber, soaking up the rays in the gentle warmth of the Theralight red light bed and a Wet Zone session where you can try true contrast therapy, all followed by a tour of the facility.

The future really is now and we can see that in SuperYoung’s tailored bloodwork treatments where they identify your biomarkers (read: how your cells work) and what body your nutrients need most.

“Knowing your numbers is key. Measuring is important and a key baseline of blood work will give you the basis to know where you can improve,” says general manager Derek Quakernaat.

“Changing our mindset is essential, and embracing modern technology to stimulate the body and the senses is key to a significantly enhanced life.

“We accept modern technology in all other facets of our life, why wouldn’t we embrace it to feel better and live longer?”
